How To

Step-by-Step Instructions Inside

Learn how to create an extension using Lexy Line

1. Prep cuticle and nail plate using the Light Elegance nail prep method
2. When creating an extension, apply a thin layer of your Lexy Line gel over the natural nail and form or tip
3. Cure for 1-minute in the LEDdot or LED MiniDot
4. Apply a thin slip layer over the entire nail, then roll off a dollop of your Lexy Line to build structure and allow to self level into the slip layer. Be sure to consider the nail length and shape when building structure. (If using a non-self leveling gel such as Builder, apply using the Frosting Technique)
5. Cure for 1-minute in the LEDdot or LED MiniDot
6. Cleanse the nail with LEpro Cleanser and perfect the nail shape with your finish file routine using a Perfect File or Lexy File
7. If adding color, apply desired color gel product (ButterCream, P+ Gel Polish, Color Gel or Glitter Gel) and cure as directed
8. Finish with Super Shiny or Top Gloss for perfect shine, or Flat Matte for a fun matte look, and cure as directed
